Who we are?

Roseville Group is a leading IT hardware and consumer electronics distributor in Central and Eastern Europe. The members of the Group provide hardware and tech solutions across Poland and seven other CEE countries. Roseville Group is a member of ALSO Holding. It is a modern distributor that goes beyond traditional business models and uses advanced ordering and logistics solutions. Currently over 85 percent of orders are processed over InterLink, a highly-regarded online sales and customer service platform, developed in-house. With distribution centres in Warsaw and Sosnowiec, the company is able to offer delivery within 24 hours throughout the CEE region.

Roseville Investments offers its Suppliers and Partners much more than standard distribution services. Using individual products in our portfolio, we build comprehensive IT solutions. The value added, which creates Roseville Investments' competitive advantage, consists in the continuous expansion of our services in the area of logistics and Partner-supported development and implementation of complementary marketing strategies.

Distribution

The Roseville Investments Group operates in a high-growth market and is present in countries where IT investment is still one of the most important drivers of economic growth. At the same time, it exports to countries where spending on the most advanced IT solutions already is or is expected to be the highest.

Currently, the dominant players, account for about 70 percent of IT sales in Poland. With today's highly competitive market, a modern IT distributor must go beyond traditional business models by offering its Suppliers and Partners extensive support in logistics, sales promotion and deployment of end-to-end IT solutions. At present, the value added in Roseville Investments' portfolio is the key determinant of competitive advantage, which in turn translates into a greater market share.

The role of IT distributors is constantly changing, and so is the structure of the entire distribution channel. Vertical integration remains the dominant trend - on the one hand, the distributor supplies the market with products bearing its own brand, thus assuming the role of the manufacturer, and on the other, distribution channels are becoming ever broader, while cooperation with Partners, who usually offer additional services, is increasingly visible.

The Polish IT market is very demanding and successful domestic companies can become regional leaders. Roseville Investments, which uses the same proven and efficient distribution model in all markets, is a good example. The company acts as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the reseller, who delivers products to end customers. To be successful in IT distribution, a company needs to be flexible in structuring its portfolio and broadening its distribution channels.

Distributors such as Roseville Investments report a steady and visible increase in revenues and market share, while the market becomes increasingly consolidated around the biggest players. The company is fully aware that the situation in the IT sector is constantly changing, and endeavours to shape new trends while maintaining the highest market standards at all times.
